Each screen throughout the PTC Scheduling software contains video help. This provides administrators and parents a great reference tool when using the software. Our software is already easy to use, these video files make it even easier.
Administrators can now email out a link to teachers that contain their schedules. This will allow them to watch their schedules without needing access to the software. The links are encrypted so the teachers won't need a password to access their schedules.
Schools with a large number of teachers can now have an execl or text file imported automatically. This saves administrators from having to type each teacher in manually. Contact your sales person for details. This is a FREE service for all customers.
